This blog contains three basic types of entries:
- Explanations of things I wish I’d known earlier, and write down in case the whole time-travel problem ever gets solved.
- Accounts of things I do that have no apparent purpose, but which I can justify with the notion that “at least I’ll get a blog post out of it”.
- Rants.
I currently publish at least 3 items per week:
On Sundays, I publish an analysis of a Ring Magazine “Fight of the Year” that took place between 1970 and 2009.On Tuesdays, I publish a “Six Word Story”.On Fridays, I publish an introduction to some random piece of IT or CS technology. There may or may not be any rhyme or reason to the topics selected; the idea is that it’s broadening to look at things one normally wouldn’t examine in the course of one’s work.
I may also publish additional material from time to time. Items are published on “virtual days”; every post is assigned a day, and over the course of a year there will be ~156 posts produced. However, the 15 January post (for example) might not appear on 15 January; it might appear on the 16th, 17th, or sometime later.
Due to other commitments, this blog is updated “when I feel like it”. To keep up with this unorthodox schedule, I encourage you to subscribe to the RSS feed.
Thanks for reading.
